Taco night at home

Twas fish taco night at the Zuni house! Well, maybe more like burrito night! Geof has the burritos and I like to pile mine into a big salad! I made a big bed of shredded green and purple cabbage, red onion, black olives, black beans, chopped jalapeno, cilantro, and a chipotle sour cream sauce with some lightly blackened tilapia (mine had a little white vinegar on it as well). Margaritas indicate it must have been this summer - if only it were post beach!!! I miss the Atlantic.

Lola's Happy Hour

In honor of Friday's I thought I'd share a gem of a happy hour. Lola's in the Highlands has yummy guacamole that they make right at your table with fresh jalepeno, cilantro, garlic, lime, etc. They also have $3 fish tacos, $5 margaritas, and $3 tecate all making for a happy afternoon!
